All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the Florams website are considered final. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, images, descriptions, and specifications before confirming their order.
Return Policy
Currently, Florams does not offer returns on products once they are delivered.
Orders placed during promotional offers, discounts, or special sales are also not eligible for returns.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted only under limited conditions.
Exchange may be available only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification and stock availability.
The following conditions apply:

Exchanges are not permitted for plant size, variety, or product changes

A ₹200 shipping and handling charge may be applicable for exchange requests

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Exchange requests received after this timeframe may not be accepted
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if an order is cancelled before dispatch.
If a cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically initiated within 1–2 business days after approval.
Please note that the actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may depend on the customer's bank or payment gateway.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such claims:

Important Notes
Plant images displayed on the website may be professionally photographed. Minor variations in plant size, shape, or colour are natural and may occur due to seasonal growth and lighting conditions. These variations are not considered product defects.
Plants are carefully packed before dispatch to ensure safe delivery. Minor soil movement or leaf adjustments during transit are normal and not considered damage.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, any applicable refund will be processed only after the product is received back at our facility, and courier or handling charges may be deducted.
Delivery Coverage
Florams currently delivers orders only within India.
Orders can be placed from anywhere, provided the delivery address is within India.
